Въпреки затрупаните със сняг и заледени улици над 60 мами и татковци дойдоха в книжарница „Форум” в мол “Галерия Пловдив”, за да научат „Какво да купим за бебето, което очакваме?”
„Не пускайте партньора си да пазарува в първите дни, след като научи, че е станал щастлив баща. Той е
предразположен да купи всичко в магазина, и поне по 2 броя! Ще изхарчи един джоб пари за глупости!” Това предупреди Петя Милина, която ръководи типична “бебешка”фирма, познава стоките, които се предлагат на българския пазар и от 10 години говори на тази тема в различни формати за медицински специалисти и бъдещи родители.
Според лектора, бащата може да поеме отговорната задача за покупките, само при наличието на конкретен, достатъчно обяснителен списък. „Така че, скъпи мами, дайте да правим списъка заедно,” призова аудиторията Петя Милина. И започна с биберона - един от най-важните бебешки артикули. Той трябва да има ортодонтска форма, за да не се получат лицево-челюстни деформации. През далечната 1956 година немска фирма патентова тази форма. Важно е и колко голям е отворът на биберона и къде се намира: трябва да е отгоре и струйката мляко да облива небцето на бебето, а не да се излива направо в гърлото му. Храненето с шише не е състезание, то трябва да се доближава максимално до естествения модел – кърменето. Бебето трябва да се храни толкова дълго, колкото време суче от гърда. Когато храним с биберон, задачата ни е да затрудним бебето, да го накараме да работи. Така то ще развива долната си челюст, както при кърменето и няма да се отбие, ако се наложи 1-2 пъти да го дохранваме. Днес има възраждане на кърменето, майките се стараят да кърмят поне 6 месеца. Има няколко артикула, които помагат в кърменето: компресите за кърмачка, подплънките за гърди, които не са глезотия, а хигиенен артикул, предпазителите за зърна, контейнерите за съхраняване на кърма, ланолиновите кремове, помпите за изцеждане на кърма и др. Лекторката показа работата на добрата помпа и обясни на кърмачките как да установяват подходящ режим, за да не разранят зърната си. Тя ги посъветва да купят само такава, която има регулиране на вакуума.
„Отначало за новороденото използвайте стъклени шишета, няма по-хигиеничен материал от стъклото, но купете само 2 шишета, не повече”, посъветва още Милина. И допълни нещо важно: всички шишета се продават с биберони за адаптирано мляко, вземете допълнителен биберон за вода, той е с по-малък отвор и по-малка е вероятността да се отбие бебето.
Матракът за новороденото трябва да е разумно твърд, ако е само от дунапрен, особено от по-тънкия дунапрен, ще е много мек. Добре е да има естествени влакна – бамбукови, кокосови. Върху матрачето да има протектор, който ще го предпазва от вероятни “катастрофи” като повръщане или неочаквано фонтанче на разсъблеченото сладурче. Разбира се, чаршафчето и торбата за завивката – било тя одеяло или олекотена – да са от 100% памук. Както и всички дрешки на бебето. На пазара вече има одеяла със съдържание на вълна, а не само акрил, както беше доскоро.
„Не забравяйте, че на кърмачето не се слага възглавничка, дори и тънка”, предупреди Милина.
Тя категорично посъветва: дайте на татковците да държат и къпят бебето. „Повярвайте, татковците са най-големите къпачи! Моля ви, не купувайте вана – сапунерка. Вземете гладка, дълбока вана, в която можете да налеете повечко вода и в която след шестия месец ще има място и за бебето, и за всякакви рибки, жабки, патета и чашки, които правят къпането толкова голямо удоволствие!”.
